I'm one half of the Kill by Kill podcast, featured in both the AV Club and as one of Variety’s “10 Podcasts to Make You Scream.” But mostly, I'm a freelance writer.

Where have I seen your writing?

I'm a semi-retired film reviewer who wrote predominantly for The Spool, where an article I co-wrote about The Cell was described by Vincent D'Onofrio himself as "how reviews should be." I plan to have that printed out and placed with my body when I die.

I've been featured at Daily Grindhouse, F This Movie, MovieJawn, and sundry other sites. My work has also been published in Grim magazine and in the anthologies How Anything Can Grow From This and Hear Us Scream: The Voices of Horror. I'm currently finishing up a manuscript for a book about mental illness in pop culture, which I am not at all looking forward to shopping around because the publishing industry is bad and terrible.

Sure, if you like detailed breakdowns about the Kraft "Season's Eatings" commercials of the mid-80s.

Do I have to pay for this?

Nope. I've been doing this nonsense for actual decades now, and I still don't feel right charging for it, so I'm not gonna.
