You may know me as one half of the Kill by Kill podcast, featured in both the AV Club and as one of Variety’s “10 Podcasts to Make You Scream.” You might also have read my essay “I Watched 5 Minute Crafts Videos for an Entire Weekend & Almost Lost My Mind,” which was mentioned on Vice and the 5 Minute Crafts Wikipedia page. I used to say funny things on Twitter until Apartheid Clyde took over, now I’m mostly on BlueSky.

Didn't you used to do this somewhere else?

I did, as a matter of fact, on Substack, but their open-door policy on Nazis in the name of "free speech" drove me away. I hung on way longer than I should have in the hopes that maybe those in charge would come around to the idea that not everyone is entitled to a platform for their garbage thoughts, but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 

If I was smart, I'd just give up social media, if not the entire internet (if not society in general), to go live in the woods. But I stupidly insist on sharing my thoughts on pop culture and the world at large, so I start anew here, presumably until the owners start hosting serial killer manifestos or something.

I didn't pay for this before, do I have to pay for it now?

Nope. I've been doing this nonsense for going on actual decades now, and I still don't feel right charging money for it, so I'm not gonna.
